  • Please arrive 2-5 mins before your appointment to fill out forms.​

  • If this is your first time scheduling with us... Please make sure you have received an email confirmation of your appointment to avoid any miscommunication. To enable this, make sure to check the box for email reminder notifications when setting up your profile. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please call 800-680-5636.

  • If you show up late, you will only receive what's left of the hour and will be charged for a full session - No Rescheduling Available for late arrivals​

  • If you believe you have booked a session and you have checked the box where you agree to receive email notifications from us, but did not receive an email confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, please notify us immediately so we may confirm the appointment.​​​​​

​​

  • Bathing before coming in for a massage is required.

​

  • If you are feeling sick, have a high temperature, or show any signs of being ill, your massage will be canceled.

 

  • We currently do not offer couple's massages.
